About Scott Wearne

Scott played his first amateur golf in Victoria at Royal Park Golf Club and Medway Golf Club before turning professional in 1992. Scott earnt three scholarships at the Victorian Institute of Sport where he received expert tuition from Steven Bann and Dale Lynch.

He went on to play tournament golf in Australia and around the world. There Scott had a few top ten finishes and won 36 pro-ams, but his career highlight was winning the 1998 Calgary Open (Canada) with a tournament record of 22 under par.

AAA accredited professional, Scott has a passion for teaching and enjoys passing on his knowledge to clients of any age or ability using the latest coaching equipment and video analysis to find and rectify swing faults.

Scott believes that on-course lessons are the quickest way to lower scores, learning how to manage your way around the course and the many shots required in a round of golf.
